What if my password reset link doesn't work?

For security purposes, the reset password link is only valid for a short period of time. 

If you 1) received a password reset email, 2) click on the reset link, and 3) got an error, then you probably waited longer than the maximum delay (for security reasons) between your password reset request and clicking on the link. 

To resolve this issue, request a password reset again when you are ready and available to click on the link in your email.
